FAQ:

  • Designer on Demand and Reno Mate are ideal for homeowners who:

    • Are planning or mid-way through a renovation..

    • Want clarity before and during engagement of builders / trades..

    • Value professional input but don’t want to commit to full design services

    If your project becomes more complex, we’ll be upfront about possible new actions.

  • This is completely up to you. There is no minimum term. On average, people engage us for 6-8 months based upon a multi-room structural renovation. You may allow 1-2 months for a standalone bathroom project. Timelines are indicative and many considerations influence how long the process takes for each renovation and what level of involvement you wish us to help you with.

  • All inclusions are accessible, available and redeemable during the duration of the last billed period of your membership.

    Once cancelled, you will no longer have access to the customer portal after the intended date of membership renewal.

  • Designer on Demand is suited to homeowners who want professional design guidance as they go.

    RenovationMate is designed for homeowners who want ongoing renovation support, helping them navigate decisions, process, and coordination with confidence.

    Each membership offers a different level of access and support to suit it’s intended outcome.

  • If required, the option will be available to skip the application process and upgrade to our premium, full service consultancy via BronzDC. Through Designer on Demand, we’ll be able to identify and discuss your project’s design scope, strategy and expected costs if & when the time is right.

  • No. Memberships are designed for ongoing support and guidance, not to replace a full, bespoke design engagement.

    If your project requires detailed design, documentation, council management, and / or face-to-face services & trades handling, BronzDC would be more appropriate.
